Interesting sounds!

This track is filled with interesting sounds and fx's all the way through, it kept me interested and guessing what would be next.
Great use of breaks and percs kept it going aswell.
I think if you get back around to it, a little more work on the mastering and this could be taken to the next level!

Overall a very interesting track to listen to mate!

PainasaurusRex responds:

Yeah, that's what I'm getting from the you and OL. I'll definitely look into it, but I'm moving on for now. So I'll come back to it and remaster it, but for now, this will have to be lived with.

melodic

I dunno what SH 2 is but it must have had a decent sound track to it because this melody is quite good although it is a little repetitive by midway, maybe some progression to mix it up that bit would really set it off.

Nice work mate!

Tdogg427 responds:

Yeah, the original version of this song has the same melody the entire time. So. I kind of had to stick with it to keep true to it. SH 2 is a horror game (Probably one of the scariest) for the PS2 from Konami. All of the games in the series have awesome soundtracks. If you like this you should check out some of my other SH covers, I've got a few.

Thanks for the review. :)

Not bad

I like the scream used mate, I think this is a good example of dubstep compared to some of the other uploads on NG.
Dubstep is a tricky genre, you really gotta get the LFO modulation just right, its almost an art in it's self.
Overall a nice track mate!

xozmiumx responds:

thanks man this song took me forever just to figure out the right patterns for the screamy melody thanks for reviewing :D

Nice

I like the loop mate, its funky, have you got any intentions on making it into a full length track?

D34DM4N responds:

The project file was lost way back, hd problems... I still have all the samples, but no clue where I'd take the song next if I remade it. I wouldn't mind giving it a try; I'm open to suggestions.

Sorry I missed you here. Want the vocal samples I used?

Welcome to poop step...

Not bad mate, the sounds LFO's that you have modulated do sound like someone laying some mad soft cable and also some cranky wet farts accompany them.
Well done, also love the toilet flush and vocals added.
Great job!

Bidoof45 responds:

Hella poop out of butts etc. bro yeah alright

Im liking it!

I quite like your track mate and your choice of sounds really compliment each other.

I like!

I like your progressive style mate!
I think you should continue to focus on this style, especially if you enjoy creating it!
Practice and perfect it and you could have a serious stand out style from the crowd!

Great work mate!

PainasaurusRex responds:

Once again thank you :D I am focusing on this now because it's easy for me to write and it sounds awesome to me, so I'm glad you feel the same. I will do my best, thanks for the review and the rating. :D

Sweet!

This is a nice track mate, I can tell you have put some effort into it!
I has sections that sound video gameish, and some nice drops, I like the scratch work aswell, what did you use to make the scratch's with?

PainasaurusRex responds:

The scratches are actually just an instrument. I basically took a wobble bass and messed with it into that. I intended it to sound dubby, but scratching is also good. Thank you for the review and rating :D

Dark-ish ;)

this track has a dark ominious feel to it while maintaining a a techno/misc feel that makes it unique, it almost has a slight dubstep beat to it, I think it belong on a flash of some sort, maybe a serious sort of style flash...

I like it! Well done mate!

Omega-Ravager responds:

Thanks, I appreciate it!

Glad you like the beat, and the dark feel I put into it.
I'd be floored if this was in a flahs, it'd be great! Glad you think its good material.

Also, if you'd like to hear a real dubstep track, check out "The Composer"
