Cruisy

This track has a very consistant cruisy drive to it,
But with no real main melody just an appregio, ambiance, bass and hits you made it all work, it kinda reminds me a bit of a city for some reason
Great work here mate!

thankyou thankyou.

Awsome

I really enjoyed your track mate!
your intro had a lot feeling to it and if this is just the wip I would like to see what the finished product is :D
One little think I would help your track would be a little work eq'n the drums.
Great work!

Diavalos responds:

Thank you very much! Yeah, the drums always give me some trouble. Though I just ordered some new software and will have much more to work with. And I can hear what you're saying, they do seem to be a bit too loud.

Not bad

Its not to bad mate espically for an early submission, theres some potential there!
One thing I did notice was your mastering needs a little going over to tidy up some of your mixing but overall a great effort!
Keep em coming!

Thankyou for the review.
I mastered this one a couple of times, but usually it sounded very abrasive and harsh, so I went a little soft on it. I'm working on it, I promise you.

Not bad

not bad espically for one sitting mate!
Your kick is very overpowering and the rest of your track sounds muffled and almost like it in the distance, but with a little bit of a scrub and another sitting or two and you could have quite a nice track here mate.

RayHo responds:

thanks man, i felt a little impatient, so i just put it out there. haha

Nice work

Nice little track you made here, it reminds me of a couple of games mixed into one, like some DK maybe some starfox with a touch of mario :)
Nice work

Thanks! Koji Kondo is one of my favorite video game composers. I get a lot of inspiration from him

Nice

I quite liked it, it built into something pretty funky with a dubstep sort of feel to the beat.
Great work.....and that goes for your mum too! :D

lolol thanks

Nice track

This is a nice track mate, and one of the better examples of dubstep being submitted on NG.
One thing I noticed your bass sounds a littel to distorted or crushed....well past the intended amount :)
Great work mate!

Ah your My New Friend! lol yeah idk what happened its the first time i was working with Native instruments, and i still have to unlock its secrets :D haha actually this is my first dupstep track. i think if i do anymore it will deff have some DnB with it! thnx for the Review! <3

Thanks for the heads up

If I was to listen to this without the description I would think it to be some sort of a teaser of an album release or some upcoming tracks, I understand what you were trying to do but to make it more effective there needs to be more of a mesh between the sections to make it more of a whole track.
But still well done and some enjoyable parts indeed.

Hobybobag responds:

Thanks for getting the point ^^

I totally understand what you mean though, the transitions just seemed awkward no matter what i did, probably because the tempo was only 60 lol

I may redo this later and reupload it, hopefully itll be better then

Hungry for...

nice track mate, it kinda makes me hungry....hungry for disco biscuits and booze...well more booze, it has some extremely fast pace (150BPM?) to it, even the jumpstyle mofos would have a chardiac arrest trying to keep up, which isnt necessarily a bad thing ;)

Well done

Hobybobag responds:

After you mentioned it I actually had to look it up, the tempo was 248bpm, but there was only 3 beats per measure, and it was based on the quarter note hits, so the effective tempo was ~170bpm

Thanks for listening and taking the time to leave a review ^^

Bass'd up

nice work mate, there certainly is some bass in that one, it had my dual 10" Jensens pumping in my loungeroom like mofo's and possible my neighbours wondering wtf is going...but fuck them.

Nice work mate!

haha np. glad you like. how was the mid song sweep? did that work your speakers at all? it's funny i can't really hear what this sounds boomin because all i got is a 5.1 home theater sub hooked up to my pc. it's hard to make a song you can't hear. :)
