Great work with your melody epically in the intro, I think you should work on this and make it into a full length track, I think it has potential!

your jagged off beats really do convey levels of distress or hesitation to the listener.

I think this would work very well with a flash or game, have you had any of your music used?
Its simple but portrays an emotion which is what music should do!

I like what I hear so far as for my personal ideas of improvement from the short preview I have heard I think your main synth you have chosen doesn't match the track too well, its a little too cheesy to fit well if you know what I mean? I do like what I have heard so far though and would like to hear the finished project

Hahaha. The reason it sounds cheesy is because I originally was going to turn it into a up beat trance song. As I got further along I decided to make it a nice little beat :P
I do notice how the main synth sounds a little cheesy, I'll see what I can do about that hahaha

Not bad mate!
For a short time on the project it did come out quite well, if I could make a suggestion for an improvement?
The overall mastering of the track could do with a little touch up and the bass is a little heavy and drowns out a lot of your mid detail but overall a very nice track!

Thanks! And yah, the bass is a bit heavy but I purposely turned it up :P I think the one thing I would have liked to change mostly is the overall volume... it's decently loud in my headphones but when playing on my speakers it's not quite loud enough. Thanks for the comments!!! Always appreciated.

[Cheesy Stuff]

This is quite a funky little track mate!
It has a lot of variety with the builds and breaks to keep it interesting throughout.

I quite enjoyed it! one thing I noticed when listening with my HDJ-1000's the bass seems to be muffled perhaps over compressed? but overall nice work!

Hey mate!
Nice track, its got a very consistent energy to it and kept my head bopping for just over 3 minutes....
Seeing as your track is unfinished perhaps I could add some input and make this review worth the effort? ;)
Mainly in regards to your general mix of your drums, I found the hats to get a bit lost in it all at points and they sounded a little dull at times, maybe a little eq'n on those would help brighten the overall feel in your track. Also the reverb in your kick, I think it sounds too much and if you let less of the high frequencies through it would carry better but that's just mpo. Last but not least, on your outro let your kick ride for a few bars as opposed to just one bar, I think it would lead out better and it makes tracks easier to mix ;)
I hope some of this can be put to use mate!

There are some interesting touches you have added and as usual you have used some sounds that I would like to use myself like to moog sound you have used at 00:32
There is a little more melody in here which is a good thing, if you ever want any ideas or have questions I would be more than happy to help!
